The counties of Hastings and Prince Edward have declared a state of emergency in light of the new coronavirus pandemic. Case counts listed below are based on lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in residents of Hastings and Prince Edward Counties. Having conferred with my fellow County Councillors and our senior leadership team it is my opinion that it is necessary for me as Warden to make the declaration at this time.
